Review on Celsius Women's Wellon Coat with Oversized Hood - Heavyweight Winter Outerwear by Christine Williams

This was ordered L for a 5ft 2in male weighing 27lbs. Not overweight or curvaceous, she usually wears a honey or 8 US. Reviews said it runs small. I think it could be 30% smaller but I think it will probably fit people with a slim and long figure. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under 5ft who might wear L or XL. It can look too clunky and weird. In addition, the hood is quite large, which, depending on your height, can be both a plus and a minus. Another very important thing is to wear it at 24 degrees Fahrenheit, windy weather doesn't feel fully windproof/warm, especially the sleeves (the label says "breathable" :-?). About the design - There is an inner front layer made from the same material with a zipper that appears larger than the outer layer. I think it might be suitable for a tall person who can wear it at 30F or higher and who cares about nature because it's an alternative.
