Serious quality problems.
Super cute bag with all the features I was looking for. Ordered without further ado for the upcoming trip. But after wearing this backpack for an hour, one of the straps started to loosen. I'm a pretty light packer so I doubt it was overloaded. Now I find myself at the airport wondering if this bag will last the three days I have to travel. I have contacted Revain and will return it as soon as I get home. $118 an hour? Really disappointing!
