I read a warning from another reviewer about the sheer amount of lint coming off these towels. So I washed and dried them all and was amazed at the amount of lint - WOW. He too was in the washing machine! I washed them again and dried them a second time and still got a surprising amount of lint. The pile is so thick and dense it actually looks like a towel! Three times as much charm with them; The third batch of lint was less than halfway through the first two cycles, so I'm hoping it finishes. After 3 washes some towels were a bit ripped as the seams seemed to be coming apart but were still intact. The towels' weight and thickness are pleasant to the touch, but only time will tell their color fastness and quality.
