My daughter is about 5ft 3in and weighs 110lbs. It suits her perfectly, but not for long as she grows up fast. It was fitted at the waist and appeared to be tailored for a slim figure with a small waist. The belt does not stretch, so be sure to check the measurements when ordering. I had to adjust the straps for her and all of that hardware and the zipper on the skirt worked perfectly. She wore it for an outdoor family photo shoot in the fall and looked so cute!
