If you are like me these earbuds do not fit securely in your ear. They just lie loosely on the edge of your ear and you have to hope you don't move your head too quickly and let them fall out. No matter how many times I adjust them or change their angle, they always loosen and slide back into the same position. The sound quality is excellent. if they stay in the ear. Otherwise you lose all the bass. The noise cancellation is excellent. if they stay in the ear. Otherwise, nothing physically blocks the ingress of outside sound.
