Got this to test as it was lightweight and portable. Pros: - Light weight - Titanium - Medium sized grilling surface - Compact foldable legs Cons: - None What I have in the package: 1 x VALTCAN Titanium Griddle 1 Storage Bag This VALTCAN Titanium Griddle has a 123 square griddle. The plate measures 13 x 9 1/2 inches and is 7 inches high. The entire grill plate is made of titanium, making it durable and lightweight. The storage bag measures 13 1/4" x 10 3/4" and has a locking flap with a Velcro closure throughout. The storage bag weighs approximately 2.0 ounces. What I love about this griddle is that half of it is solid titanium plate and the other half is grated so you can get a direct flame and get nicks in the meat. Titanium products were quite expensive when this type of equipment was introduced a few years ago. But it has fallen in price a little, and now it can be bought relatively cheaply. Titanium is very light but very strong. So it is ideal for hiking. The grill plate can be used over or near charcoal or a fire and the height of the plate is not adjustable. If you are considering titanium for the first time or are new to hiking. Here are a few things about the Titan. This is definitely NOT a non-stick coating. It's durable and lightweight. This is his main goal. it is not easy to clean. Titanium also gets hotter than stainless steel about 60% of the time. So in my experience it cooks the food quicker and/or quicker. The storage bag is adequate but lacks grill quality. It has some stitches and seams that are already tearing in some places. But I didn't get it because of the storage bag... All in all I think this stove is great. It's light and functional. Although this is a higher price compared to the competition... I had trouble finding a similar product in Titanium.
