I love the concept of this headset I have a MacBook for work but I keep getting complaints about our Zoom video conference calls when I connect through a computer I also have an adapter plugged in and have tried both ports.maybe it works better without it.although that would be odd and i was just frustrated trying to fix it as it interferes with my work calls when i'm not on my computer which i think is just unacceptable is things. I haven't had any sound quality issues with the iPhone. Just VERY disappointing. It doesn't work Not as advertised as I work 50-60 hours a week from home on my computer, mostly conference calls.
