I've had it for five days and I love it. I have had many bluetooth devices and this is the best of many. I differ from many other reviews in that I find them very comfortable and perfectly fitted to my ear. The sound quality is excellent and I like the voice commands and voice announcing incoming calls and letting me know who is calling. Battery life has been great this week as I work 16 hours a day at this time of year.

It would be 4 stars if this thing worked for a week. It worked perfectly between my PC and my phone and I was able to switch between them with ease. The sound quality was great and the range was very good (about 60 feet with no feedback). One fine day the headset just stopped working, no charging, no light, nothing. Plantronics support was useless and their return policy is cumbersome so I just went back to Revain. I was really hoping this thing would work.

Bought because I needed to help others while doing my own chores. In my job, it's difficult to do this with one hand because the other hand is constantly holding the phone to my ear. The noise cancellation is good, as others tell me, and we find ourselves in a noisy environment all the time. In terms of sound quality, I can focus on my task and also help others with their needs. The battery life easily lasts for a working day, which can last over 12 hours.

I've been a long time supporter of Plantronics, this is an upgrade from Plantronics Voyager Plus. The 5200 UC has a stronger Bluetooth signal when connected to my iPhone 6 Plus, allowing me to travel a greater distance from my phone. It's really nice when I can go in the house, hang up and unload and put groceries while I'm on the phone. They work as advertised and cancel out most background wind noise. The audio quality for the person on the other end is a bit fuzzy but manageable. The handset also switches well between phone and laptop when I'm using Skype.
