Instantly connects to my desktop and droid, easily recognizes which one is in use, and prompts me to answer or ignore incoming calls. Has an app for your phone to manage all settings. I had an issue that confused me for several hours when connected to my phone but there was no sound. I tried unmute the phone mute/unmute.mute/unmute.mute/unmute. THEN I just went into the app on my phone and reset the speaker to default and was instantly successful. No problems since, maybe it was a user setting that could have caused this? That being said, it tolerates a little more outside noise than it appears on my old Voyager. So far, so good!
