I love the concept of this headset. I have a MacBook for work, but I keep getting complaints about our video conference calls, zoom calls when I connect through my computer. The adapter is also plugged in and tried both ports maybe it works better without an adapter? That would be weird and I was just getting frustrated trying to fix this as it's interfering with my business calls. There seems to be a similar complaint from a user training himself shouldn't turn away from the computer when on a call which is just unacceptable in my opinion.The whole point of a Bluetooth headset is to be able to move and do things.I haven't had any issues with the sound quality.I'm just VERY disappointed with it that it doesn't work as advertised as I work 50-60 hours a week on the computer from home, mainly conference calls.
