I was very disappointed with how firm this pillow is. I'm used to travel pillows filled with tiny beads that are so flexible. You can't put it behind your back and expect to sit back. However, you can use it in bed for a hug or something. Unfortunately I wanted a back cushion. I didn't send it back because it is true to size so I'll try to cut it open and remove some of the beads. It's going to be pretty chaotic, but I hope everything goes well. That's my fault for buying it despite some of the reviews saying how heavy it is. I should have listened. Update: November 28th I removed some of the stitches and there was a small tube that looked like a piece of fabric where they filled it in. I took a bucket, went outside and poured out some of the filling. Now everything is just the way I like it. I wouldn't do this at home because the little styrofoam balls will stick to you and everything else.
