Was very happy to get these for my 3 year old as he is obsessed with Mario. After unpacking I found that only the right boot caught fire. Then I started reading the reviews and realized that this is a permanent defect. I spoke to a rep who said BOTH shoes should glow. So I returned and redeemed and the shoes arrived today and BOTH are on fire. So if you have a pair where only 1 is lit, they are definitely bad. See attachments of both pairs
