This software helped me create demand forecasts, which in turn enabled us to price our products better using historical data rather than guesswork. It's also very user friendly. You can go back and forth between product/attribute level analysis of demand trends over time as well as aggregate trend analysis at an SKU or category level. The only thing I dislike about this tool is it sometimes takes quite some time before you get results after updating information. We used it mainly when we were building forecast models from scratch. It was really helpful because if there was ever any doubt as to what we should stock in certain situations it would be solved by analyzing what other retailers had done recently.
