My 6 year old usually wears a size 5 or 6 depending on the brand. I originally ordered 5-6 in this top. It was a comfortable fit...more like a 4-5 (labeled 5t 110) so I went back to a size 6-7 (labeled 6t 120). It fits perfectly! Cute and comfy... lovely bright yellow. We used it for Princess Belle's Disney outfit, but she's worn this top many times since. We love it.
