Good case with excellent warranty service
I bought this case 3.5 years ago and it has saved my phone many times. Recently the plug of the inspection hole for the plug came loose. My warranty exchange experience was painless. I went to the manufacturer's website and filled out a web form. He asked for my contact details and the date of purchase for my case. There was no need to send in the old suitcase, provide photos or even describe the reason for my warranty claim. There was a seven dollar fee for S&H. New replacement case came quickly.
