Review on 🎧 Koss CS95-USB Communications USB Headset: High-quality Audio & Microphone, White by Gail Rogers

Purchased this item early/mid June 2015, now late mid July, I've been using this headset since during that time I have about 4 or 5 web conferences on my computer and now the microphone doesn't work at all. Before the mic died, there was an issue with it showing up to Windows as a stereo device, so any audio coming in through the right channel was lost instead of going to the left (and only) speaker. I contacted Koss about this issue and the response was that "there is either something wrong with the headphones or with the settings on the computer". with no suggestions on how to check the settings or determine if it really was the headphones and start an RMA or anything like that. I wouldn't contact support unless I knew there was something wrong with the headphones or the settings. tldr: product does not work, company does not offer support.
