NOT 90% cotton is the best in my rating
We bought them because we were specifically looking for cotton tights. According to the description, they are made of 90% cotton and 10% spandex. They are 10% spandex but 90% nylon.

- Bought size 1-3 for a 3 year old girl. Fits perfectly.

- Low quality. Worn once and torn
