ITS SO WORTH IT - my new review

GREAT set! i used the blue and yellow band for different exercises and i really feel like they helped me have more glute activation. i wore leggings and they didnt move or roll up at all during kneeling squats, standing squats, or hip thrusts. i also used the ankle cuff for cable kickbacks and it was SO much better than the one that the gym provided. i had no issues with the cuff breaking loose mid rep. im extremely happy with this set.
