Bought almost 3 years ago for a 2004 Toshiba laptop. Worked flawlessly and greatly increased system speed over the original 5400 rpm hard drive. It doesn't have SATA III, but it tripled the speed of my system compared to the original hard drive. PATA SSDs are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
