Warning! Danger of suffocation!
My 7 month old boy was playing with these toys when he started choking. The fly had come loose from one of the bandages and was lodged in his airway. After my child threw up a butterfly and checked to make sure everything was ok, I looked at the other toys in the set and noticed another butterfly came loose. I tried to contact the manufacturer but couldn't find any information about the brand or parent company. I am posting here to warn others and this product is being withdrawn.
