I bought this to fill a 21x21 inch duvet cover and bought a 20x20 pillow insert and it fits perfectly. I received the air-sucked pillow and after fluffing it up, the top didn't sag at all even though I had it set up all day for several days. It's soft when you press on it but keeps its shape very quickly. In general I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. My only minor complaint is that the pillow feels slightly "crunchy" when I put it on or squeeze it. I think that's probably because the pillow is mostly filled with duck feathers when I was used to the higher percentage of down. If you plan on sleeping on a pillow, this can be a disadvantage. I put some extra pillowcases I had on either side for extra padding and the "crunchy" feeling is mitigated by the extra padding (Picture on pillowcase by Twitter user @hasuyawwn).
