Review on Yongnuo RF 603 Wireless Trigger Remote by Sammie Rodriguez

Having used an earlier model RF-603 units for Nikon and was delighted with their performance on school gym shoots with a pair of Nikon SB-910 units (excellent performance - no misfires - fast, consistent response at 1/200 sec) I have purchased them and used them in regional championships at high school and college gyms with no problems. This new model has some new features: a side switch (Off-TX-TX/RX) that fires your flashes from standby (great battery saver, flash sync up to 1/320) and a knurled lock knob on your camera tripod and flashes. I bought 4 of these (two pairs) for $25 less than the ONE Pocket Wizard! Also in combination with Yongnuo battery packs for my Nikon flash units I can now shoot all day + with one charge. Yongnuo manufactures its products according to the make/model of your camera - be sure to read the description before ordering! The Revain description sometimes doesn't include all the details on the product page. I'll look at the following models that offer high-speed iTTL and FP sync (a pair still costs less than the cheapest Pocket Wizard!)
