This is exactly what I've been looking for ever since the order "Wash hands 29 times a day" came in. We left a bar of soap in the coffee cup bowl, but the soap inevitably ended up in a puddle of water. This allows water to drain through the pad and metal jig, leaving the soap dryer and keeping it longer.
