Terrible chair, avoid at all costs!

Let me say I'm looking at this in terms of a chair that was basically a chair with wheels, so bear that in mind. Compared to my previous chair, the S Racer unfortunately lacks a bit of padding for the seat and back. However, my previous chair was a hotel surplus find that was literally a sun lounger on wheels. The problem was that it had no neck support, the back ended at shoulder level, and my neck ached from the lack of support. So I gave this chair a try after seeing the rave reviews it was getting. The excitement surrounding this chair is justified when compared to a regular office chair. It's significantly more comfortable than the other standard office chairs I have at home and gives my neck a lot of support. But for the price, it could use some improvements. Pros: - Excellent upper body and neck support - The neck and lumbar pads are firm enough to support your body but soft enough to cushion your body - The backrest reclines and the rocking function is great for a perfect playing position. Cons: - the seat and back need more cushions, I really wish they were softer - the support could be firmer, I understand these chairs are designed to accommodate people of all shapes and sizes, but the cushions are almost useless, they are so far from my hips and shoulders - the armrests are awful, hard plastic, no padding and too short if you recline even the slightest amount they dig into your forearms and don't support your elbows, me plan to make something special will be longer and support my arms with decent padding. After only 3 weeks of use, the hinge where the gas spring meets the bottom of the chair is loose and makes a loud clicking noise when I rock back and forth. I worry that it might break down over time. The casters cut into my carpet more than most and make the chair difficult to move. Overall, unfortunately, the disadvantages outweigh the disadvantages. I would not buy this chair again. I would go for the more expensive version with better padding that was made in America rather than China. The lack of quality shows that for the price and the well-known brand it shouldn't be. Homoll, you gotta do better. I use my chairs for work and play all day every day and need something that can last. The hotel chair I used to have lasted for almost ten years. Unfortunately, this chair will be replaced in less than a year. almost enough padding, the memory foam pillows have collapsed and I can't take it anymore. Had to switch to 1 star, main seat cushion, lumbar cushion and neck cushion completely flattened out and now the bolts on the bottom of the seat rest against my tailbone when I'm seated. I've tried putting the pillow down to add more cushioning but it doesn't work It doesn't help, I also bought armrest covers to support my elbows but that didn't help. I do VTubing on Twitch and the streams are sometimes over 6 hours long. Sometimes you can see me crying in pain on stream as the bolts at the bottom of the seat dig into my tailbone and I have to adjust in excruciating pain. I can not anymore. I'm not even going to give this chair away, I'm going to buy a new chair from a more reputable manufacturer and this one will fall victim to anger management in my backyard with a shovel and other destructive tools I can find.
