After about 3 years, each attempt to replace the filters (I was on the water for life plan),led to different areas that would leak. I would spend a few hours trying to trouble shootthe problem with aquasana support (who were helpful, but made me try lots of things),phone waits were often more than 15 minutes. The last 3times I've got replacement filters I've had leaks, I received a filter which was smaller (andcaused the flow rate to be extremely low), to test, they had me put a quarter beneath it tosee if that fixed the problem (not a long term solution). they sent me a replacement cartridge.I liked the system, but I feel the o rings fail after a few years and I got tired of spending a fewhours every 6 months dealing with a leaking water filter, so I'm moving to a different brand and willtoss my $60 replacement filters in my leaking water system.
