Great software for human resources and payroll
I like that it's easy to use as well as being user friendly. It has many features which are useful for our business. The customer support team also responds very quickly when you call them with any questions or problems. There really isn't anything bad about this program at all. We have been using it for years now and we still recommend it because it does what it says it will do! This software has helped us streamline our processes while keeping our data secure. Everything from adding new employees can be done through this software.
Pros
- Easy interface
- User friendliness (simple learning curve)
- Many different functions available within each module.
- Ability To add custom modules if needed, such As employee tracking/scheduling etc
Cons
- Somewhat complicated system setup initially; especially in regards how certain fields must link together properly
