I like that they have managed servers where you can choose your own configuration of software or OS (it's not all Windows). It seems to be much more expensive than most shared hosters in terms how many instances it has available at once compared with others out there for less money per month/year, but if one needs lots then this may suit their business requirements better over time as prices go down? They have great customer service too as well; they are always willing to help me with any problems I may encounter when using their product or support system.
