The customer support team has been very helpful in helping me with any issues I have had since day one! They are always willing to answer questions or help troubleshoot problems that arise from time-to-time when using their service (and it's not just our product).
Their pricing model makes them competitive as well; they don't charge for bandwidth so you won’t be paying extra if your site gets popular but doesn't use much of what comes off at peak times during typical business hours - i think this alone saves people money over some competitors who do take up more resources than necessary because there isn't enough space available throughout most days/weeks even though demand may only exist sporadically sometimes once per month max? Just make sure all parties involved understand how things work before signing anything away regarding billing details etc., otherwise someone will end being left out.
