Excellent customer support! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you might have as well as provide updates for your account when needed. I haven't had any issues while using their service so far but if I do it will be very easy to contact them again about that issue since they're great at responding quickly. We were looking into different providers of virtual servers such as Digital Ocean (DO) due to price point differences between DO vs ctrl-s. So we decided go try out both options. It's been almost 3 months now and still no downtime from either provider which was one of our requirements because this site has an important online presence regarding my personal business activities/products sold via eCommerce website.
