In general I am very satisfied with this camera. I have several other ReoLink cameras as well as Amcrest cameras. This one stacks pretty much comparable to the others. Pros: - Very good video quality, although not 4k. - Supports ONVIF and BLueIris (had to use RLC-410 newer firmware version) - Has 3x optical zoom (optical is much better than digital zoom) - Night vision is slightly better than others - Relatively small - Feels very durable - Supported POE - Has a built-in microphone - Has a MicroSD card slot (it's on the camera itself, you have to rotate the camera to see the slot hidden behind the screw cap). - The base detaches with a twist for easy ceiling/wall mounting. Screws and drywall fasteners are included. Cons: - Has a black cable about 18 inches long that protrudes from the back of the camera, which you then connect the power supply and/or ethernet cable to, and has a reset button on it. If you use the camera indoors, you need to find a place for it. - H.265 is not supported, which means the size of the recorded video will be much larger than that of a camera that supports H.265. - No physical installation instructions. came along to explain how to remove (rotate) the base to mount it on the ceiling. It wasn't difficult to understand, just thought it was included.
