Review on Celestron C Series Telescope f/6.3 Reducer Corrector by Michael Tucker

The focus gear reduces the focal length of the telescope as expected. However, in combination with star diagonal, T-piece and Canon T3i, my Nexstar 8SE does not have enough play in the focus knob to bring subjects into focus. I had to replace the male portion of the tee with a shorter one to make it work. The Nexstar 8SE is a Celestron product, the Tee is a Celestron product and the Canon Rebel series is a very common DSLR used for astrophotography. I wish Celestron had tested compatibility better and provided a list of oscilloscope/camera combos that work as is and those that require an adapter.
