If you don't have a hand held shower then get one and this will do. I searched the market for a simple hand shower to replace the traditional one. It's super easy to install and has everything you need. You may need pliers to remove the old shower head. They screw into the pipe coming out of the wall where your old shower head was. It includes some teflon tape to prevent leakage. Then screw the hose and shower head with your fingers. I'm concerned that the part that attaches to the wall appears to be at least partially plastic. It looks like metal, but it doesn't look like it. But everything has been going well so far. Several different jet modes, ours has a decent head, remember how much less depends on the shower head and more on the water pressure in your home. Good buy, the only downside might be the adapter which feels plasticky. Not broken, just a little nervous.
