Small but very effective
The ones I received are very small but I misunderstood the hole size vs cup size. However, they still work very well. I use it on my neck, shoulders, shins and muscle attachment points. They also work great for dynamic canning all over my leg and thigh, starting with a standard hand lotion to soften the adhesions.
