Decent shower head, it has multiple settings but my family only seems to use two of them. The main reason I didn't give this product more stars is that the water pressure is so low that only the "massage" settings (two of them) are strong enough to wash the shampoo out of my shoulder length hair. I had no trouble installing the shower head and it took less than 5 minutes with no tools (although a wrench may be needed if the old shower head is firmly attached). I would recommend this shower head, but again, some toggling between settings is necessary if you need higher water pressure at all. Toggling between settings is easy, though, with a simple little knob that pivots around the outside of the shower head changing settings effortlessly.
