UPDATE AGAIN. Now all lamps are connected and working. I don't know what happened but I downloaded the app again, set up the light groups and they work. UPDATED: ALL SUDDENLY NO LIGHTS ARE CONNECTED. I've tried all the reconnect steps and nothing seems to work. It's time to call to see if I can get a replacement stamp or a refund! LIGHTING DISAPPOINTED. When I first got a free lightbulb with a new point, I installed the lightbulb before the point. The lightbulb didn't connect to my older Alexa. However, as soon as we hooked up a new point and fiddled around with the application, they started working. So I ordered 4 packs of lightbulbs with an extra point because I wanted to stick with the same brand lightbulbs. I installed all the bulbs, everything is connected, they light up normally. Then I did a new dot and all the lights stopped connecting with a "device not responding" message in the app and Alexa kept saying "lights are not responding" even though they were being toggled on and off on command. After I keep getting "Lights not responding" after Alexa and I yelled that the lights were on (I'm not sure why I'm yelling at the car), the lights are on, stop telling me that it is not so! Today as I was typing this I checked the app and everything seems fixed except for one indicator I haven't had recently. So if you experience this. Try screaming that the light is on, stop telling me it's not. LOL I have no idea why the lightbulbs work but they work. I like the bright white light of the lamps, I like the dimming function. Due to setup and connection issues, these lamps received 2. I hope they continue to work.
