I like how it's easy to make changes when you're first building out your page. The customer service has been great so far - they've helped me figure out what went wrong and made suggestions for improvements. They also were able to help us get our refund back after we realized there was an issue with their product. We are currently using them to build our website for our business (a custom wedding planning site). It's taken some time to set up but once complete, it will be seamless for clients who want to use this platform rather than ours.
