Product has 90% performance out of the box. The beautiful sturdy travel case that it came in is impressive. The battery cable, charging cable and manual are conveniently organized with the earbuds. It has a handle to take it anywhere. It fits my Samsung Galaxy S9+ perfectly. The volume is good and clear. The soft material of the ear cups sits comfortably on the ear and on the underside of the headband. This makes it easy to use for a long time. It works well with passive noise cancellation, but also has a fairly effective ANC option. The volume buttons and voice assistant button on the right work very well. The only downside is callers can't hear me. This is the only reason I didn't give the product a 5. Due to the fact that I often use headphones for phone calls, I returned them.
