It heats up quickly and the bubbles are nice but not as strong as in a hot tub lol. t right for you. A pumice stone isn't very rough, so it's fine for everyday use if you already groom your feet regularly like I do, but if you have severe calluses or haven't filed your heels in a while, it's not that hard to get used to help. The rollers are actually very comfortable compared to the rollers in other foot spas I have used. I would honestly give five stars but I can't figure out how to remove the casters. Lol the product description says they are removable so maybe I'm doing something wrong. But although they don't cause any discomfort, I wet my feet for an hour and they didn't bother me at all. The sound isn't loud at all, it's like a low hum when your feet step on it. sounds like a quieter version of those hotel air conditioners lol
