I am 5ft 10", waist 32", bought medium size. They fit well in all areas. Very slightly baggy for my build, so I'd say if you're looking for a very tight (ie fairly tight) fit, try a small one. More comfortable than my old underpants. I'm allergic to sweat (I know it's weird, check it out) and haven't had problems like other thermals; However, I usually have more upper body problems. I have tested them over 30 on a windy day and never felt too hot or too cold. In the coming months, time will tell how well they really perform in really cold conditions. I'm reporting back after a few trips to the washing machine and working outside in cold weather. Just updating the review after a few more weeks of low temperatures, these leggings kept me warm but not too warm. However, it has not yet reached winter temperatures.
