Soft, flexible, great for running

I bought these because I often travel in different climates. Although I'm from Florida where we only have 2 days of "winter" these will come in handy! They move with your body and there's plenty of room in the back for us butts. One of my favorite things in David Archie's lines is the belt! I've gained weight, but I still haven't had any belt issues! I'm generally the guy who wears shorts when it's 45 degrees F outside, so that helps. When I was in France it was good because I didn't want to…

Too light for our climate

I sent these back as my husband felt they weren't warm enough for working outdoors all day in southern Ontario. Last year we had a severe winter - the worst in years, and this year everything seems to be very similar. XL (has a 38" waist, fits well but doesn't seem to stretch very much. He felt they would be uncomfortable and too small if washed and shrunk a little. You want your underwear, especially long johns, you get dragged you don't want to feel like you have to pull on them, they were…

Good fit, at 30 I was comfortable. Try one size down for a comfortable fit.

I am 5ft 10", waist 32", bought medium size. They fit well in all areas. Very slightly baggy for my build, so I'd say if you're looking for a very tight (ie fairly tight) fit, try a small one. More comfortable than my old underpants. I'm allergic to sweat (I know it's weird, check it out) and haven't had problems like other thermals; However, I usually have more upper body problems. I have tested them over 30 on a windy day and never felt too hot or too cold. In the coming months, time will…

Good price for great quality, feel and warmth.

These thermal pants are really good. I wear 32x32, bought mediums, fits true to size. The cut is excellent and ensures freedom of movement. They are not compressive but have a snug fit so they can be worn under almost anything. Soft to the touch, just like her underwear if you have them (if you don't you should really try them - great too). Medium to light weight. I've recently worn them under jeans for some outdoor activities (around 30F) and they felt great. The material doesn't absorb sweat,

come at me winter good for clothes

I've been a David Archie fan since I tried on my first panties. I've since bought and still wear their boxers, tank tops and now these thermal pants. As with all of their underwear, David Archie has considered areas that I feel are often overlooked by other manufacturers. For example, the seam on the back is sewn around the seat area so the back is essentially "curved" around you, rather than the seam opening right down the middle of your "cheeks". For men, there's plenty of room in the front…

Very impressive. I will use this winter!

I have several pairs of base layers. I have cotton, polyester and outdoor blends. I stumbled across them after buying a supima David Archy V-neck tank top (which I really like - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DYSZIDO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc= 1). on how I tested them under my running tights and my thoughts: To test warmth retention, wicking and durability - Worn 2 hours - Outside temp was 48 degrees F - Walked about three and a half miles, walked about a mile and…

Four problem areas, including too short back

SHORT VERSION: too short back; the fabric is not soft and not elastic; leg cuffs are too tight; and the legs are too short. I emailed David Archie (hereafter "DA”) to tell them to stop making their awesome light gray long bottoms (I have several pairs). In cold weather I wear them around the house to keep the thermostat down. DA replied that these pants replaced my favorite pants, which were no longer made. I bought two double packs (black, XL) following their recommendation. I washed them on…
