First of all, look at the photos. The old glove was used for 2 years climbing and working on metal, concrete and rock. I have used a previous set of these gloves to work in the car, work with rebar and haul broken concrete when building new roads, sidewalks and foundations. These gloves are designed for light to medium duty work. So if you let your dog chew on it, he won't. To be continued. Use leather gloves or those cheap super thick concrete gloves. They're better for car work, workouts (due to the lack of padding), and general shit. I seriously DO NOT know where anyone got gloves that survived the day 4 years of WWII. That's ridiculous. In addition, they are one size larger. I usually use Large, but for these cases I use X-Large. Another favorite set of gloves that I own are the mechanix wear m-pact leather frame gloves. They match big for big so you have something to compare.
