20 pounds May be too heavy

I really like this duvet. It's heavy but not hot. However, I'm 220lbs and have a 20lb duvet (the description says I'm aiming for 10% your weight). Sometimes it's too heavy, but if I don't put anything on top, just a sheet and a weighted blanket, that's fine. I just wish I could cover it with a beauty blanket and keep the weighted blanket clean. Either way I would recommend that. Did it cost $100? Probably yes, considering other comforters are $40-$50 and quilts are $100+.
