This backpack has amazing features. It has more pockets than you can imagine. Every time you look at this backpack you will find another pocket on the front, back, top, bottom and inside. everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. Even the waterproof case (which protects the upper synchronizer) has a pocket. It also has more straps and straps than any backpack that has come before it and likely ever will. With some we can't even figure out what they're good for. Key loops include loops for your hiking/ski poles. It has some really big water bottle holders and there are straps inside to keep your backpack in place and out of the water bottle pockets. It is of excellent quality, well placed zippers so you can access almost every part of the backpack. Waistbelt pockets are perfect for stashing your phone and snacks. The whole backpack is very light but the fabric is of exceptionally high quality. It appears to be truly waterproof, if not fully waterproof, and extremely durable. The zippers are not very strong. They seem out of place for the quality of the packaging. However, the buckles of all sizes feel very secure, especially the waste strap. The backpack is marketed as "perfect for women" but is too large for a petite woman. My daughter who tests it is 5'0" and she reports that the back pad isn't in the right place. It's not too disproportionate, but you probably won't want it if you're under 5ft 4 on long hikes inches are. Everything else including the shoulder straps and waist belt is highly adjustable and perfect for women. The suspension is excellent and easily adjustable for weight in many ways. The color is beautiful. The photo does not convey the brightness of the bag .You won't be able to tell you're lost in the woods with this color.That can be a plus or a minus depending on how you look at it.Overall it's a really good choice and you get an incredible Kelty guarantee, to round it all off.
