Not suitable for running
I thought I would like a softer bottle but it's really hard to walk. It doesn't fit your hand well, causing it to bounce up and down a lot and rubbing the back of your hand a lot. Walked about 3.11 miles in it and it was really annoying. When I got home I threw it away. Seems to have leaked too. The wrist strap also seems very large and I had to tighten it all the way and it still felt too large. I really didn't like this product. Take a hard bowl for the bottle.
