I bought it as a present for my husband. He went through countless pillows three times the price trying to find one that didn't give him a neck or shoulder pain the first night, only to be disappointed and the pillow ended up at the foot of the bed. It's been three days and this pillow is working for him. No neck pain, no shoulder pain! Time will tell if this pillow will help him in the long run, but I'm pretty optimistic. more importantly, this is it!
