Review on πŸ₯£ Premium ExcelSteel Copper Tone Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls (Set of 4): Ideal for Every Kitchen Task! by Sean Huff

Definitely not "Copper Tone "

They seem solid and well made (although the largest bowl wasn't as big as I was hoping to replace the old one). But the disappointment with these bowls that made me return/refund them is that their color is very inaccurate. I have copper accents throughout my kitchen including a copper splashback, antique brass moulds, copper cutlery and more so I know exactly what color scheme to go for - whether it's bright shiny new copper or aged copper or copper patina. etc. These bowls are like none of these. They are very clearly burnt orange. A burnt orange color, like the color of a fox, a pumpkin skin, or something like that. Not a bad color, it just contrasts horribly with every other copper item in my kitchen. In fact, many items listed as "rose gold" online these days often turn out to be more like shiny new copper than these bowls. They are darker in color than new pieces of copper, yet too orange to pass for "aged" copper. Again, the bowls themselves are fine, only low marks for an inaccurate description. I've included pictures for reference, one shows it next to the orange label on an Amazon box and the other next to a copper spoon, which is a more accurate color for most things in my kitchen.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • Some little things
