I was super excited to get this mop! I have used it for the past year to not only mop floors, but to also clean my walls. It does a fantastic job cleaning, but some design elements need to be reconsidered, which is what’s keeping me from giving 5 stars.Pros:Cleans mop head so dirt you’ve cleaned up STAYS in mop waterMultiple pads so you can easily switch between cleaning surfacesPads are machine washableMop is easy to maneuverHandle is adjustable so you pick how long you want it, and also break it down for easy storageCons:You HAVE to completely fill the bucket if you want the entire width of the mop head to be saturatedThe way the pads attach need one end to slide on to the end of the mop head (so it can stay attached when rinsing/wringing out) but after a handful of uses the place where this attaches begins to fray and becomes unusable. This is a MAJOR one for me because it will become costly to have to keep replacing them, not to mention how wasteful it is. I hate throwing away the frayed pads that are otherwise still in great condition!
