I got it because I was looking for a portable touch screen monitor. I used this on my Macbook Pro and it worked. I've heard that some other touchscreen monitors aren't supported on Macs. Depending on who is using Windows, the touchscreen controls are different when connected to a Mac (e.g. two fingers are needed to scroll, not just one on Windows, the cursor needs to be on another even for Mac only are on the screen). Touch screen controls on a Windows device work as expected. In general, I like it with relatively thin left/top/right bezels and no logo.
