Had to be slightly modified for 32 inch TV
. The mounting holes were positioned so that I could not center the vertical brackets on my 32" Insignia TV without protruding a few inches above or below the TV. I had to use a hacksaw to cut off the excess. A nice wall mount. I can rotate the TV a full 90 degrees from the wall.
