Product works and has saved me a lot of money compared to going to the dealer and having an OEM key made, we're talking hundreds less. One downside, however, is that remote unlocking requires the key to be literally inches from the doorknob, and isn't always recognized as being in the car unless it's next to the start button on the console. If you put it in the doorknob's little cup, which I sometimes do, it won't be recognized as a key fob in the car and won't start. Overall, I'm happy with the product and will adjust my habits accordingly. One solution I have yet to try might be to change the battery and hope this will increase the range, if I do I will update.
